The Story Behind Co-Momentum

I didn't set out to be a coach. I set out to make organizations work better for the people inside them.

For over 15 years I worked at that intersection, leading HR and organizational development across Bharti Airtel, Mahindra, Marsh McLennan, and Reckitt. Four companies. Four industries. Four continents. And the same pattern kept showing up, regardless of geography or industry: leaders who were technically excellent, organizationally capable, and quietly struggling in ways nobody around them could see.

The higher they climbed, the less honest feedback they got. The more complexity they navigated, the fewer people they could think out loud with. And the more they delivered, the more their teams needed from them, with less and less left to give.

I founded Co-Momentum to work on that problem at scale. A practice built around equipping leaders with the inner capacity to meet the demands of their roles.

My work sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, neuroscience, and genuine human connection. Evidence-based because leaders deserve rigor. And deeply human because lasting change doesn't come from frameworks. It comes from honest conversations in a space where real commitments and real action become possible.

I believe human collaboration has the potential to solve every problem we face. I also believe change doesn't have to be daunting. Whether it's a new organizational structure, a shift in scope, or a period of sustained uncertainty, leaders who build self-awareness, communicate clearly, and create the right conditions for their teams don't just survive change. They lead through it without losing their people.

When leaders develop the clarity, resilience, and blind-spot awareness to perform well under pressure, they don't just get better results. They build organizations that do.

I work with leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia. I bring a cross-cultural lens shaped by roots in both the Indian and US corporate landscapes, which matters more and more for leaders operating across complex, global environments. Based in Livingston, New Jersey, with Co-Momentum's India presence expanding from 2027.
