Anshuma Arora Mukkamala is an ICF PCC certified executive coach and organizational psychologist who has spent over 15 years working at the intersection of human potential and organizational performance.
Her career has spanned some of the world's most demanding corporate environments, including Bharti Airtel, Mahindra, Marsh McLennan, and Reckitt, where she led talent, leadership development, and organizational design at the senior level.
What makes Anshuma different from most coaches is her rare combination: the scientific rigor of an organizational psychologist, the practitioner's instinct of someone who has held senior leadership roles herself, and the genuine warmth of someone who cares deeply about the whole person, not just their performance.
She founded Co-Momentum to create a different kind of coaching experience: strategic and evidence-based, but also honest, human, and built around what each leader actually needs to thrive.
