What does a discovery call look like?
It's a relaxed, 30-minute conversation with no pitch and no pressure. We'll talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together makes sense. You leave with clarity either way.
Who do you typically work with?
Anshuma works primarily with senior leaders: VPs, C-suite executives, directors, and founders who are navigating complexity, high-stakes transitions, or the next stage of their leadership. Most clients come from large organizations, though she also works with scale-up leaders.
Do you work with clients outside the US?
Yes. Anshuma works with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually, and she has extensive experience working across time zones and cultural contexts.
How long do engagements typically last?
Executive coaching engagements run 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your goals and context. Team coaching engagements are scoped based on the team's specific needs.
Can I work with a coach based in a different part of the world?
Yes. Clients come to Co-Momentum from across the US, UK, Canada, Switzerland, India, and many other countries. All sessions are virtual via Zoom, and the link is sent to you before each session. The only requirement is proficiency in English. Anshuma has extensive experience working across time zones and cultures, and brings a particular cross-cultural lens shaped by her roots in both the Indian and US corporate landscapes.
